At Paper Source, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer returns on most unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that personalized stationery, custom stamps, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
